Trustee Board
The Trustee Board supports the Group Lead Volunteer in the management of provision within the Group, in line with our Policy, Organisation and Rules. It also provides governance over the 1st St Helens (YMCA) Scout Group charitable entity, as well as the assets of the charity.

The Trustee Board is formed at the Annual General Meeting of the Group Scout Council each year. It is responsible for constituting sub-Committees, as necessary to support its work.
